Invited Faculty are those individuals who were chosen by the Program Chairs to speak at the 2018 International Hernia Congress. This does not include abstracts that were accepted to give an oral presentation, present a poster, or present a video. Invited Faculty should have received a letter from the Program Chairs with their presentation information.
All Invited Faculty must fill out and return the forms emailed to them no later than December 22, 2017 to email@example.com.
Invited Faculty need to submit a 300 word abstract for their Invited Presentation to be published in the meeting abstract book. Please submit an abstract for each of your Invited Presentations with the link emailed to you by December 31, 2017. If you do not submit an abstract by this date, only your name and talk title will be published in the abstract book. The link to submit your abstract is provided in your invitation letter.
All presentations will need to be uploaded onsite in the speaker ready room at least 3 hours prior to your presentation time. Speaker ready room hours will be posted soon. We recommend presentations are presented in PowerPoint in a 16:9 format. We will have the ability to display .pdf, Keynote and Prezi files.
