Abstract Submission Deadline - September 14, 2018

All abstracts must be submitted by the primary author through the below form. The primary author will be contacted via email by November 2018 on the status of the abstract.

Video Abstracts should be a maximum of 5 minutes long. They will need to be emailed to shelby@americanherniasociety.org with the author name and abstract ID number no later than September 14, 2018. Most video formats are accepted.

Abstracts that have been presented at other conferences are accepted. Abstracts submitted by industry or funded by industry can also be submitted. However, these abstracts are not to be presented during CME sessions. They will most likely be accepted as posters or videos.

Submit Presentation

The person submitting the Abstract should be the Primary Author. The Primary Author is the individual who will present the abstract if the abstract is accepted. The Primary Author will submit the abstract and complete and sign the disclosure forms that follow. Once reviewed, all correspondence will be sent to the Primary Author.

Note: If you are submitting a video abstract, you are required to submit the actual video by September 14, 2018. The video should be sent to shelby@americanherniasociety.org. If your video is not submitted by the deadline, the abstract will not be reviewed for presentation at the meeting.
